The first step when thinking about getting a new fibreglass swimming pool is to carefully choose the location of the pool and arrange a free, no-obligation site inspection with our salesperson, Dean.
When Dean is at your site, he will closely guide you to where he thinks the best location for the pool is. Some questions to consider are:
- Do you want the pool to be in full sun or part shade? Will you want to heat the pool with a heat pump and solar blanket?
- Are there any trees and tree roots that will need to be removed?
- Will the trees be dropping debris into the pool?
- Is the proposed pool area level?
- Have you got good access to the area—can we get our machinery in and out to dig the hole?
- Will the pool need to be craned over the house?
- Have you got any services running through the area?
- Where will you place your filtration?
- Will you need power for the filtration?
- What surroundings would you like? Consider tiling, concrete, decking or grass.
- What type of fencing will you choose?

When your pool installation day arrives, your pool shell will be delivered to your site. On most occasions, we will plan to commence the earthworks on the same day. Dean meets you on-site on dig day to confirm the pool position with you. Our team then commences the earthworks as follows:
- Day 1: Pool shell delivered, dig pool hole, lift pool into hole, start filling pool with water
- Day 2: Backfill & installing the pool
- Day 3 & 4: The team installs the steel around the pool & pours the concrete beam
Your pool is now ready for the surrounds to start, i.e.: coping tile, additional tiling, concreting or decking. Usually, the fence will be installed last.
